Minimum $500 reservation/damage deposit required on all reservations of one week or less. Reservation deposit is refunded within two week after check out, assuming no damage to the property, abuse, or excessive cleaning is required.

Cleaning fee for all rentals is $300 - yeah, this may seem like a lot but wait until you see how clean the house a is

10% tax applies to all rents and fees (refundable deposits excluded)
